NXP EMEA Global Sales team is looking for a **Senior **Key Account Manager **(f/m/d) with 10 years of relevant experience at our location in Milan as soon as possible and offer an attractive compensation package incl.

NXP's EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who is interested in being a part of a talented international sales team, engaging with customers in deploying the latest technologies.
**Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for developing and executing Key Accounts strategies to influence and maximize profitable NXP sales at a leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy in the strategic growth areas of Electrical/Electronics, UWB, Electrification & Vehicle Connectivity, Factory Automation, Power & Energy, Home & Building Automation.
- Identify concrete areas of cooperation working with NXP experts and "translate" these into contracts which you will negotiate towards a win-win outcome with your customers
- Drive new product definition together with the customer and the respective NXP Business Lines to secure NXP's long-term success in this key market segment.
- Understand the customer's vision and strategy, opportunities and issues, short and long term
- Understand formal & informal hierarchy, decision-makers, collecting insights at the customer
- Establish and develop strategic relationships within the account at all management levels
- Be measured on the growth of NXP sales and new design wins in your territory
**Your Profile
- Electrical engineering degree or similar.
Knowledge about Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive &/or Industrial environment and their usage in these fields
- Customer and business focus.
