Your Impact A successful Global Account Manager is able to use their consultative selling skills to drive engagements at C-level, while building and managing a customer-oriented team.

The Global Account Manager operates as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique challenges and goals of their client, advising them on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize AI-powered solutions.

Your Responsibilities Global responsibility for a multinational group headquartered in Italy within the Energy & Utilities Sector Coordinating a global team within a matrix organization Engagements with C-Level Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data Drives significant coordination amongst internal groups to drive account strategy Partners with GSIs and Services to deliver the contracted business solution and technical delivery plan Provides mentoring relationships to more junior Account Executives and virtual team members Your Qualifications Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level of a Global Account Strong POV of industry trends and the ability to build a narrative of digital transformation within the banking sector Conveys leadership, authority, and confidence with every interaction Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals Fluency in Italian and English Be Successful Together Salesforce is a fast-growing company which has kept its strong core values: trust, equality, customer success, innovation, and sustainability.
