**Role Overview
You will be owning strategic relationships with critical global accounts for Planet, identifying global sales opportunities and supporting cluster sales teams to execute against those; hands over to local BD/KAMs for delivery and ongoing support.
**What you will do
- Account Strategy & Planning
- Develop and drive global strategy for assigned accounts at HQ level.
The accounts will be assigned by SVP Global Accounts.
- Identify broader trends & opportunities for brands and groups
- Client Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships at HQ and brand level by building high touch relationships and earning trusted advisor status from exec-level customer leadership
- Leverage high-level relationships to understand customers' pain points and strategic opportunities, to devise and define long term partnership roadmap.
- Marshal all internal resources required to execute the strategic plan & ensure seamless and "on-time" delivery, to meet with Account's expectations
- Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with local KAMs to make sure their local account plans are coherent and consistent with strategic roadmap.
This encompasses ensuring that the operational /local account plans are linked to Strategic Account Plan.
- Supervise the relationship with Kering HO, through a dedicated resource,
- Ongoing sales activities
- Cross-sell products and services into Accounts' portfolio
- Support cluster sales teams for framework agreements where specific purchase decisions are more local
- Strategic partnership building
- Create and develop relationships with Strategic Partners to negotiate partnership agreements and increase Planet visibility and share of voice in the Retail Industry
- Identify and participate in leading Industry Events
