Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for an Intern within the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management department.

Job Purpose

The internship has the aim to:

Support the operational activities of the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management Unit, cooperating with Internal Departments (Procurement, IT, Legal, Administration, HR, etc.

), and External providers (travel agencies, company credit card, rental car suppliers, hotels, facility suppliers, etc.

). Support the Direct Manager in project management main streams with a cross-functional approach within the Department. Support the Global Business Travel & Facility Support Manager in daily operational activities: business travel management, Global Facility, car Group Policy, company credit card. Requirements Degree in Economics, Politics, Engineering, Architecture. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Good knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Analytical skills, communication, negotiation. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities. Ability to work in a team. We offer Internship salary + relocation allowance if you live farther than 50km from our office in Parma.
