About the job Main responsibilities: Contribute to global procurement strategy development and execution. Collect business needs for spend categories and internal customers. Perform spend analysis and develop purchasing plans to obtain best value. Conduct bids analysis, negotiation, contracting, and risk management. Support Procurement strategies when appropriate for spend categories. Resolve issues related to spend categories. Review contracts/master agreements to ensure cost and quality are in line with agreement conditions. About you Experience: 1 year of full-time working experience in a similar role in procurement or experience in global data management, analytics, and insights firms in client service and sales positions. Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical and/or biotech company would be an advantage. Soft and Technical skills: Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in Think-cell. Experience with generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools can be an asset. High level of analytical skill combined with excellent computer skills. Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and manage conflict effectively. Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility. Ability to work autonomously. Education: Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or another relevant field.
