Global Campaign Specialist - Remote
Summary
PerkinElmer Life Sciences Segment Marketing team is searching for a Campaign Marketing Specialist who will be a critical contributor to successfully overseeing and coordinating Segment Marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement processes.
This role is responsible for the cross-segment and new partner campaigns within the Life Sciences Segment team.
The Campaigns Specialist will work in partnership with the Global Commercial team, Corporate Communications, and Regional Marketing.
Additionally, the Campaign Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and presenting campaign metrics and performance.
**Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Segment Marketing Managers to deliver tactical execution of strategic campaign plans
- Manage relationships within the Global Commercial Excellence (GCE) team to collaborate and execute programming that supports the strategic campaigns driven by the Segment Marketing Managers
- Planning the best mix of inbound and outbound tactics to accelerate the customers buying cycle
- Work with Portfolio & Segment Marketing to establish a common campaign framework for the global marketing community to leverage
- Interlock with marketing teams in Life Sciences to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue across multi channels
- Evaluate, select, and manage 3rd party media
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to manage social media programming and measurement
- Manage execution of purchase orders and report budget updates with Segment Marketing Managers; management of financial platform
- Coordinate and manage monthly communication of completed programming to share out with Regional teams
**Job Requirements**:
- BS Degree in Marketing or related function
- 3+ years of proven working experience executing multi-channel campaigns programming
- Marketing experience preferred, but not required, in Life Sciences or Technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects, their budgets, meet tight deadlines and the associated reports
- Highly collaborative, proactive and organised
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be agile
