Client Description**:

For one of leading suppliers of equipment and services to packaging, we are looking for a Global Category Leader: the person is in charge of defining and executing a Sub-Category Sourcing strategy and is accountable for its performance.

- Define and implement Global sub-category strategies

- Drive supplier sourcing activities for the sub-category

- Develop a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives and opportunities utilizing all Sourcing levers

- Act as the "Vendor Account Owner" for key strategic suppliers

- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure they deliver per strategy sourcing plans

- Ensure consistency of sourcing roadmap data and target achievements

- Promote category management across sites

- Functional management of Global & site Buyers

- Define, formalize and drive execution of Sub Category Strategy

- **Lead negotiation, business reviews and Commercial Terms**:

- Coordinate and deliver the cost reduction projects according to the roadmap across sites

- Lead sub-category budget preparation

- Supplier market analysis and benchmark, supplier selection

- RFQ and TCO analysis

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years international and global Sourcing experience

- Experience within a global complex organization

- Master degree and Technical background

- Leadership, global mindset, Team player

- Fluent in English

- Communication, Ability to negotiate and influence, Contract negotiation

- SAP

- Sourcing process understanding

- Financial and business acumen

- Analytical skills

- Solution driven
