Chiesi Corporate Functions These are the functions supporting the business:  Global HR Global Finance, Procurement & IT Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Communication & External Relations Transformation Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development Who we are looking for Purpose Within our Global Procurement organization, we are looking for an ICT Category Buyer who will be responsible for all ICT global initiatives (Software & Hardware) from both contractual and commercial stand point.

The Category Buyer will be in touch with different stakeholders from all over the world to ensure the continuous Chiesi global expansion, working side by side with all our affiliates and our international procurement team.

Main Responsibilities Referring to General Sourcing-Category guidelines and Company needs, develops sourcing strategies at a global level, analyses sourcing performances, implements and collaborates for action plan; Collects medium/long term Category requirements at a global level, identifies supplier rationalization opportunities, new potential supply sources, analyzes supplier financial status, develops sourcing strategy within the group for the assigned categories, verifies the trend analysis results suggesting where and if necessary corrective actions; Manages Strategic Sourcing scouting processes, verifying benchmark activities for new suppliers and conducting risk assessment activities in terms of identification and analysis of critical drivers, parameters to measure new suppliers; Manages and prepares annual Vendor Evaluations, supports the execution of the audit process, the analysis of audit results and the identification of the action plans for new and current suppliers; Supports the development of specific activities to increase supplier performance and ensures operational integration cross Chiesi's Affiliates in terms of price, trends, opportunities, global coordination and implementation of General Sourcing initiatives at supplier level; Manages the negotiation of Sourcing Contracts, Supply Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent, MSA at Global level, working closely with Corporate Legal dept.

; Brings added value performing identified KPIs for Cost Optimization of related Category.

Experience Required At least 2 years of work experience in Procurement functions, experience in managing and negotiating Indirect categories especially Hardware, Software and Consultancy services will be a plus.

Education Preferred Bachelor / Master's Degree in Business Economics, Computer Science or similar Languages Technical Skills Knowledge of SAP (ERP system) Knowledge of IT tools in Windows and Office Soft Skills Adaptability and flexibility Problem solving Time management What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
