Who we are looking for PurposeBelonging to the Global Direct Procurement team, this role reports to the Global Direct Procurement Senior Director and is responsible for Procurement of Licensing CMO.
Main Responsibilities Execute spend analysis and spend forecast.
Identify savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
Support the correct process of supplier engagement and selection (e. g.
: RFI, bidding, financial analysis, tendering, offer alignment and evaluation, approval process, rating etc. )
in accordance with policies and procedures.
Support the supplier qualification process in accordance with Chiesi Sustainable Procurement guidelines.
Support the correct supplier evaluation in accordance with Chiesi Sustainable Procurement guidelines.
Give guidance to the Operations colleagues and involve them in the suppliers evaluation.
Identify areas of improvement on the quality of services or goods and ensure all procedures and policies established by our company are respected.
Manage the Suppliers Portfolio consistently between Supplier Criticality, Sourcing Strategy and Risk Analysis and properly manage the Strategic Suppliers fostering partnership relationships.
Define and monitor KPIs in order to analyze results, suggest and share corrective actions, and keep track of buying performance.
Support the definition and renewal of Supply Agreements, leveraging on company volumes and guaranteeing the respect of Procurement, Legal and Sustainability guidelines.
Manage and follow-up of industrial purchase orders.
Preparation management of supplier interviews in collaboration with the internal departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, etc. ).
Respect the Code of Conduct, Policy anti-bribery and other policies of our program of Ethics and Integrity.
Experience RequiredPreferred working experience in Procurement.
EducationAcademic degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred.
LanguagesFluent in English.
Technical Skills Able to manage cross-functional and international relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
