Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Global Client Analytics Specialist to join KIKO MILANO's Global Customer Experience Team, reporting to the Global Head of Customer Experience. This role supports the team in the analysis of main KPIs and the creation of structured reports for a deeper understanding of KIKO's customer base. Clients are at the heart of KIKO's strategy, and the CRM team will be a key enabler for building a true 1-to-1 relationship with clients. The company has invested significantly in advanced IT solutions, providing a wide range of new possibilities and opportunities. With millions of customers already in the database and many more onboarding every day worldwide, it's crucial to understand who our customers are and how they behave over time. In particular, you will: Support the team in analyzing data to provide actionable insights, creating and maintaining weekly/monthly reporting. Work with different stakeholders in the creation of ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business needs and support strategic initiatives. Support the team in the creation and analysis of dashboards to identify main trends and monitor KPIs. Collaborate with different stakeholders across departments to ensure that data-driven decisions are effectively integrated into business processes and strategies. What you will need to succeed At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, within the CRM Functions. Experience in the Retail sector will be considered a strong plus. BSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Ability to manage a large client database (millions). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack – especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of BI tools (such as Power BI) will be considered a plus. Fluency in English. Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with programming languages such as Python will be considered a plus. We would love if you had Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to re-prioritize tasks as required to meet deadlines, rigorous, well organized, ability to coordinate multiple activities with many stakeholders.
