Such talent supports the team in the analysis of main KPIs, creation of structured report for a deeply understanding of KIKO customer base. Clients are at the heart of KIKO's strategy, and the CRM team will be a key enabler for building a true 1-to-1 relationship with clients. The company has invested a lot in advanced IT solutions to make it happen, which provides a wide range of new possibilities and opportunities. With millions of customers already in the database and many more onboarding every day worldwide, it's crucial to understand who our customers are and how they behave over time. In particular, you will:Support the team in analyzing data to provide actionable insights, creating and maintaining weekly/monthly reporting. Work with the different stakeholders in the creation of ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business needs and support strategic initiativesSupport the team in the creation and analysis of dashboards to identify main trends and monitor KPIsCollaborate with different stakeholders across departments to ensure that data-driven decisions are effectively integrated into business processes and strategies. What you will need to succeedAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, within theCRM FunctionsExperience inRetailsector will be considered a strong plusBSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics or related fieldsAbility to manage large Client database (millions)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack – especially PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge ofBI tools(such as Power BI) will be considered a plusFluency in EnglishBasicknowledge of SQLor experience with programming languages such as Python will be considered a plusWe would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks as required to meet deadlines, rigorous, well organized, ability to coordinate multiples activities with many stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerAppetence for technology, innovation, open to change and innovate.
