**_Overall Description:_
- Global Commercial Performance implementation in the Adriatic Cluster, including new approaches for CVM, CPM and KPI adoption and best practice sharing.
- Digital Transformation Strategy execution in the local level and additional local adaptations.
The scope of the role includes the development of a digital strategy that deepens our customers understanding, responds to the changing market and capitalizes on new opportunities, which will lead our business to be the global leader in infectious disease diagnostics.
- Market Data collection and management in order to create additional value for the management team, to drive the efficient decision process.
In this role, the person will collaborate with internal stakeholders that includes the commercial team, marketing, medical affairs and other key functions, to ensure alignment and to drive execution of commercial projects.
Primary source of data will be CRM and business dashboards to support the strategy implementation.
**_Main Accountabilities:_
- Work with commercial team to align on key priorities for the market research effort, re-evaluating and adjusting as needed.
Ensure key strategic and tactical business questions are addressed, drive best practices for decision-making using KPIs in line with business objectives
- Work directly with the Marketing team in the development of product marketing strategies and tactics, including price harmonization and yearly price increases; interact with the Commercial team to present analyses and recommendations needed to guide high-level decisions affecting product positioning and other relevant marketing strategic initiatives.
- Develop market research leveraging external data sources to create customer and market insights to enhance local commercial strategies
- Maximise opportunities to cross-reference and merge learnings from multiple data sources (i. e.
CRM, showpad) to create multi-channel strategies
- Manage all aspects of the CRM strategy and execution and analyse campaign results to make recommendations based on insights.
- Prepare monthly CRM metrics reports and present to leadership the results of campaigns, sales revenues, recommendations for further optimization of platform capabilities
- Be accountable for driving change across the Adriatic Cluster to continually improve customers experience and serve as a key reference to develop CRM roadmap for digital transformation which includes analysing macro trends, providing inputs and prioritizing initiatives.
- Be a champion for new strategic initiatives such as cross-selling and new introduction
- Drive yearly implementation and review of the CVM process to drive sales efforts in line with market potential
- Support training implementation of the GROW initiative: ensure training roll-out in line with Cluster needs and actions to sustain acquired skills in the field in collaboration with local sales and marketing leadership
- Collaborate with cluster leadership to establish and monitor implementation of yearly SIP

Required Qualification:_
- Degree/Educational background in Life Sciences or Medical Field, Economics & Business Administration, Marketing
- General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segments required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another Cluster language
- Analytical and business planning skills
- Ability to function effectively in a high performance team
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility and motivation in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment
- Develops platform, organizational and prioritization skills
- Job encounters diverse work situations involving a high degree of complexity
