We are looking for a Global Communication Specialist to join our Electrification business.
You will lead and implement the communications initiatives according to the comms plan and roadmaps with the support of the Product groups and Product managers team.
You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Team and support with actions and communication instruments the LSOs to easily reuse provided marketing materials for their local needs.
You will coordinate and implement activities for the division projects, cross PG projects and lead marcom activities for Motor Starting&Safety Product group/ Switches and fusegear.

BU Communication head for EPPC
**Your responsibilities**:
Lead and implement the actions according to the GPGs/PMs inputs, providing ideas and innovative communication solutions.
- Drive the creation of all communications marketing collateral including definition of common templates (e. g.
ordering pages, etc.
); ensure proper English usage.
- Management and selection of external suppliers.
- Internal activities with employees to promote the marcoms material.
(Trainings/webinars/instructions).
- Responsible of keeping the allocated budget.
- Ensure message (e. g.
value propositions) and branding compliance and consistency.
- Drive editorial plan using all available channels from PG point of view.
Responsible of coordination and harmonization of the communication material.
- Support for virtual and F2F exhibitions, trade fairs, events and road shows attendance.
- Keep the media (internally and externally) updated with news, responsible for content on websites, inside micro sites.
- Ensure all stakeholders (customers, sales, management, etc. )
find relevant and up to date information.
- Support the LSOs collecting and providing the marcom tools available.
Support BU and division global internal & external projects.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2 years coming from society or agency, preferably in an industrial sphere.
- Digital marketing experience.
- English fluency
- high level spoken, written and heard.
- Relational skills at all levels, Teamwork and networking skills.
- Strategic thinking and vision, Project Management skills/coordination.
