Bata is looking for a talented Global Content Creation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will bring ideas to life by crafting compelling content from concept to delivery for our digital platforms, externally and internally. Genuine opportunities for career and personal developmentDynamic international working environmentAs a Global Content Creation Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving Bata's digital presence by producing high-quality, aesthetic, and engaging content.
Your creative input will support both external campaigns and internal communication strategies:Develop and execute video content from concept to post-production for social media platforms, corporate website, and internal use. Lead the Bata Group LinkedIn page based on the Editorial plan. Craft visually appealing graphics and banners for campaigns, events, and announcements. Collaborate on webmastering tasks to maintain content updates on the corporate website. Create high-impact corporate presentations and reports for leadership and global events. Track and analyze the performance of communication campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Act as a deputy to the Communications Manager in her absence. Support the launch of new projects or Global campaigns by developing impactful visual and written materials. REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and graphic design, ideally in the fashion or footwear industry. Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
). Experience in graphic design. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish in a freedom-driven environment. Fluent in English (near-native proficiency); Spanish is a plus. A passion for the fashion and footwear industry, with prior experience creating content for this field. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense for producing visually appealing content in graphic design and video editing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 360, Creative and Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to innovating digital content strategies.
