Responsibilities: Daily activities concerning Corporate Actions for Companies and public issuers (balance of events, collection of instructions, shareholder meetings, etc).

Management of cash and securities accounts of clients to settle the events.

Support on Client's requests and complaints, providing solutions and answers.

Contact with Subcustodians to analyze and solve issues.

Profile required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Social studies.

Languages: Italian: C2 English: B2 Experiences: Prior experience in Financial Industry, and post trade is a nice to have.

IT & digital skills: Swift MT56X knowledge.
