As a part of the Corporate & Investment Bank and a critical component of the firm's plans to further expand its successful international banking franchise, the Global Corporate Bank offers exciting opportunities as a place to work.
As an Analyst within the Global Corporate Bank team in Milan, you will work with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates, assisting them with the development and maintenance of client relationships (business intelligence, marketing, and execution).
You will also assume full responsibility for a certain number of internal processes (obtaining approvals in the context of deal executions, highlighting and tracking Corporate Banking opportunities across the client list, and keeping accurate reporting).
You will have access to both senior officers of the firm, product partners, and clients and will be challenged to perform at the highest levels of excellence.

Job responsibilities Assisting Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client basePreparing internal memos (Balance Sheet committee memorandum, relationship reviews, account plans)Conducting industry and company research and helping with credit analyses (reviewing financial statements, listening to and summarizing investor presentations, and supporting credit approval and documentation process)Maintaining internal reports including revenue tracking and pipeline reportsAssisting with the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenuesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Excellent academic recordA team player with a high level of motivationProven MS Office skills, specifically Excel-based modelling and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven quantitative, analytical, and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel-based modellingFinancial modelling skillsAbility to read and understand financial statementsFluency in Italian, English, and in another major languagePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in either Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit, or Treasury & Security Services is preferableProficiency with research tools including Bloomberg is preferable
