What we are looking for

**Key accountabilities

- **Work with the team to provide support to project definition, design, and presentation**:

- **Analysis of results and impact of the initiatives**:

- **Collaboration with stakeholders and Corporate areas involved in the projects**:

- **Coordination of the activities and roll-out with countries' point of contact

**What you'll need**:

- **Background in Marketing, Economics, Management**:

- **Significant and relevant work experience in complex organizations, nice to have a Call Center background in terms of projects managed (directly or indirectly)**:

- **Comfortable working with a high degree of pressure**:

- **Fluent in English is mandatory**:

- **Be a curious, positive, autonomous, and fast learner**:

- **Be proactive, reactive, and able to handle complexity**:

- **Be energetic, flexible, and committed**:

- **Have a strong entrepreneurial approach, "get things done" attitude**:

- **Have a strategic mindset, being an agile and quick thinker**:

- **Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint skills are mandatory, due to the several documents needed for projects definition and design)**:
