**Role Overview**:At Amplifon we're evolving our technological infrastructure and security posture level to integrate cutting-edge innovations into our operational cyber security framework.

As we prioritize the integration of innovative services for delivering hearing healthcare services, we recognize the criticality of robust cybersecurity measures to ensure the security and integrity of these systems.

Additionally, we're revamping our internal asset management processes, leveraging digital tools for comprehensive life-cycle management. We're seeking a talented individual to join our Global IT team as a Cybersecurity Specialist, specializing in Penetration Testing, Infrastructure Assessment, Vulnerability Management and Security Platform management. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the security and reliability of our evolving technological landscape while being a key player in shaping our asset management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating in the development and execution of robust vulnerability management strategies.

- Coordinating the management and oversight of security consoles and platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

- Identifying and implementing KPIs relevant to maintaining a secure and well-governed asset portfolio.

- Overseeing the engagement and management of external suppliers to ensure service quality aligns with organizational expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a focus on cybersecurity or related discipline, or alternative experience.

- Proactive mindset, dedicated to continuous improvement and adept at navigating transformational initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous, process-oriented approach.

- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently.

- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.

- Prior experience in complex IT projects or within high-growth multi-country contexts is advantageous.

- Fluency in English is mandatory.
