What are we looking for

We are looking for a Global Delivery Manager withthe following responsibilities:

on HQ side, lead the rollout of a complex ERP transformation project for the countries assigned to him/her

organize and control all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

building strong relationships with system integrator, product vendors and internal stakeholders like HQ and country business owners and key users, IT solutioning team

control the Change Request process to ensure the good adoption of a global template by the country he/she has in charge

communicate effectively at all levels

provide accurate and regular reports to the management on project performance

define and keep up to date the risk assessment and remediationsWhat you will need

5 years of experience as Project management for IT Delivery, preferable for multi-country rollouts

Good knowledge of ERP processes for Finance or Supply Chain and Procurement

Knowledge of ERP technologies (preferable Oracle, Cloud appreciated)

Fluent English
