What we are looking forFor our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Campaigns Analytics Specialist who will support the Global Digital Team to transform digital data into actionable insights for our campaign activities on all digital properties. Position detailsCollaborate with Corporate Digital, Corporate IT, and Local teams to release Marketing Cloud Campaign solution platformCollaborate with Corporate Digital and Local Digital teams to perform campaign activities based on digital audiencesDevelop an audience segmentation strategy aligned to business objectives and technical requirements, providing customers with a tailored multi-channel journeyDevelop and manage ongoing Digital Audience Analytics and Reports to provide behavior insights and formal recommendationsEvaluate existing data collection and segmentation capabilities to identify opportunities for new test learn use cases aligned with the Global visionProduce reports and dashboards to ensure data and insights are always accessibleIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify insights and opportunities for optimizationsWhat you'll need2-3 years of prior experience and familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Campaign), Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)Experience with the development and release of Marketing Cloud solution projectsFamiliarity with DSPs/AdTech platforms and a basic understanding of 3rd party advertising operations and standard advertising performance indicatorsExperience in email and/or performance marketing with an emphasis on audience segmentationData-driven approachKnowledge of Digital MarketingExperience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in English and ItalianBachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
