For our Global HQ in Milan, we are currently looking for a** Global Digital Junior Project Manager** that will be part of the Global Digital Lead Generation Team. As **Global Digital Junior Project Manager** you will assist the team in optimizing and enhancing the online presence of our organization on a global scale. Leveraging expertise in web development, you will be responsible for analysing, implementing and enhancing the company's worldwide digital platform, supporting the agile development and evolution of the different websites.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage project scope and timelines

- Coordinate and monitor suppliers' activities

- Work with relevant IT and company stakeholder to ensure website and digital evolutions can progress properly

- Collect and organize the demand from countries and other relevant stakeholder

- Monitor Quality Assurance processes

- Define functional and technical requirements for new functionalities

**Your Profile**General & Technical Skills**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in coordinating CMS developments, with track record of planning and managing complex activities.

- Fluent in English, both written and oral

- IT and digital background, with knowledge of standard and headless CMS architectures

- Knowledge of and experience on agile methodologies

- Appreciated experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM, Analytics, Target)

- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Master's degree in STEM field, marketing, or related field
