We believe that it's only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support, and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career. **What we are looking for**For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a **Global Digital Marketing Cloud & Analytics Specialist** who will support the Global Digital Team to transform digital data in digital audience actionable for our campaign activities on all digital properties. As Digital Marketing Cloud & Analytics Specialist you will:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Digital Team and Local Digital Managers to perform campaign activities based on digital audiences
- Ensure data population/audiences works properly for all countries
- Develop an audience segmentation strategy aligned to business objectives and technical requirements, providing customers with a tailored multi-channel journey
- Develop and manage ongoing audience analytics and reports and provide behavior insights and formal recommendations of strategy aligned audiences
- Evaluate existing data collection and segmentation capabilities to identify opportunities for new test & learn use cases that align with the overall vision
- Monitor the industry on digital to analyze competitors' performances and identify emergin challenges and opportunities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify insights and opportunities for optimizations
**What you'll need
- 2-3 years of prior Experience and familiarity with Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Experience creating traits and segments for targeting and enriching customer profile attributes in a DMP (Adobe Audience manager preferred), along with in-depth knowledge of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data
- Familiarity with DSPs/AdTech platforms and a basic understanding of 3rd party advertising operates and standard advertising performance indicators
- Data-driven approach
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
**General & Technical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
