Local Unit & Position Description**:Your role at DNV Digital Marketing **& Analysis team**:

Support the Digital Comms team to maintain and improve Global and Regional websites to build awareness of our services and generate leads.

Assist with web publishing related to news, services, and events (value propositions, references, certification updates etc. )

and SEO optimisation.

In addition, there's the maintenance of the updated documents related to certification and accreditation (policies, certificates, and registers) and the websites should be constantly connected with our CRM, so it's needed to be updated and monitored, especially related to forms, landing pages and broken links.

The websites are monitored via Google analytics and results are shared via monthly reports.

You will work closely with the team to compile, edit and deliver social media content systematically across LinkedIn and Twitter.

**Activities in the role**:

- Support the Digital Comms team to deliver external web & social media marketing activities.

- Participate in and contribute towards our integrated communication plans with a special focus on web marketing projects.

- Collaborate with the wider Global Comms function to create, update, and monitor web and social media marketing & communication plans.

In particular:

- Optimize and maintain the Global website and support Regional colleagues to make changes to local websites.

- Write and publish news, service pages, events, and microtexts for the website.

Support and manage social media activities, editorial plans, and campaigns.

- Report web statistics using Google Analytics and PowerBI

- Work in the office (5 days/week)

Position Qualifications**:Your profile**:

- Degree courses in web marketing, communication and graphics.

- Excellent English (spoken and written).

- Passionate about digital marketing, social media and web writing.

- Knowledge of web marketing tools such as content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, etc.

), Google Analytics, Canva or/ and Photoshop.

- Ability to work independently, using own initiative and as part of a team.

- Clear-thinking, creative and innovative approach to dealing with issues and problem solving.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Well-organized with high attention to detail.

- Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
