Global Digital Medicines Manager

The position can be located in our offices in Rome, Paris or London.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, plan and implement digital initiatives for Epilepsy with the objective of maximizing the launch on the new drug, increase effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns as well as improving the experience of customers' digital journey, in alignment with the digital strategy defined by Global Digital Medicines and in cooperation with global / local Marketing and Medical
- Be part of the Global Digital Center of Excellence for Epilepsy to implement our Go Digital strategy within countries
- Support local Marketing and Medical teams in the design and execution of customer journeys, identifying digital interventions to accelerate product launch, improve customer experience and increase campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access and other relevant departments in identifying digital initiatives to improve our omnichannel communication and campaigns for key customers (i. e.
: HCPs, KOLs, patients, etc. )
through digital channels (i. e.
: website, social, eMail, digital detailing, etc.
)
- Act as the reference point for the development of a content strategy for websites and social media (product, pathology and services communication) and the implementation of innovative promotional tools (e. g.
marketing automation, interactive websites, digital detailing, social media, etc.
), in alignment with local needs
- Contribute to the design and management of digital media campaigns (social media & web) to support local Marketing initiatives.
- Leverage specific KPIs, in alignment with Global Digital Medicines function, to monitor the development, progress and effectiveness of digital initiatives, including guidance on budget allocation for the implementation of these digital initiatives
- Propose, define and execute initiatives to improve the digital culture of local business units, in alignment with the guidelines and initiatives established in this area by Global Digital Medicines function
**REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in the role of Digital Marketing, a strong background in Marketing roles, ideally in multinational companies in Pharma.
Specialty and Epilepsy knowledge would be a plus
- Leadership and communication skills with strong interpersonal and result driven skills, able to inspire, influence and understand others to achieve common goals
- Able to conceptualize, explore, and implement innovative and integrated multi-channel marketing strategies / tactics
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing campaign design, development and optimization ie.
channel optimization for resource allocation
- Strong change management / collaboration (building interest, advocacy, alignment, etc.
)
- Project management skills, with strong competences in delivery and execution
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, SFDC experience a plus
- English fluency required
- French (would be a plus)
