**Who we are looking for
**The **Global IT **Digital Workplace & Intranet Intern **will join our new **Global IT organization **at Amplifon HQ.
Our team of IT professionals provides scalable, reliable IT support to help drive the business even further.

We strive to build flexible technological solutions to respond to rapidly changing market conditions while maintaining high standards in everything we do.
**We are looking for an **engaged and passionate **person **to join our Digital Workplace & Intranet team: he/she will contribute to the **implementation of a global Modern Intranet.
**He/she will also be involved in initiatives and training programs **to drive Microsoft Teams (as a collaboration tool) adoption **and to support people embracing group-wide new ways of working.
**Your main activities**:
- **Supporting the development of the new internal portal (Intranet) **contributing to the improvement of the Employee User Experience**:
- **Managing and maintaining Digital workplace assets (Intranet, Yammer, Teams, collaboration tools)**:
- **Support change management initiatives (training & communications) as Microsoft Teams adoption**:
- **Supporting end-users in creating specific training materials by providing guidelines and templates and joining periodic live training sessions**:
- **Work collaboratively with colleagues in IT areas worldwide and support business (HR & Communication departments)**:
- **Tracking and analyzing Intranet & other tools KPIs**:
- **Working with different partners **and vendors
**What you'll need
- **You have a degree in Communication/Digital Communication, Business, HR, or Technology (IT)**:
- **You are fluent in English, both oral and written**:
- **You have entrepreneurship and passion to work in a fast-moving, innovative and technology-oriented working environment**:
- **You have experience with MS Office 365 tools**:
- **You are an accountable and proactive person, with high interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, creativity, and intellectual curiosity**:
- **You are able to work in a team environment and leverage additional resources as needed
