What we are looking forWe are looking for a Global Direct Procurement Transformation Specialist to be part of the Global Procurement and Supply Chain team and support the Global function on new and ongoing Transformation programs.
Main responsibilities
Engaging with and being point of contact for suppliers on Transformation projects
Mastering and governing current and new Procurement processes with both suppliers and Amplifon organization
Planning roll-out phases for each supplier taking into consideration internal and external constrains and requirements
Managing roll-out plan with suppliers and addressing specificrequests, if needed
Working on new process solutions with both suppliers and Amplifon organization (global and local Procurement and Supply Chain, IT, Tax, Finance )
Coordinate with IT department to make sure that Direct Procurement business requirements are taken into account
Managing risks, definition and execution of dedicated mitigation actions in order to guarantee the respects of objectives
Controlling of roll-out phases progress and potential interactions/overlapping between different implementations (especially from suppliers perspective)
Tracking and monitoring of open points in terms of processes raised up during the roll-out phase
Driving the adoption of Global template in the countries, coordinating requirements between local/country organizations and Global Direct Procurement and Supply Chain, identify and recommend solutions to fit local requirements into the Global processesWhat you'll needVery good knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes in a structured context, retail industry as preference
Previous experience in new ERP implementation and/or other company transformation processes with strong interface and coordination with IT department
Knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferred
3-5 years of experience
Ability to work in international/cross-functional teams, as well being accountable for her/his own projects
Capable of communicating in the appropriate way with different levels of the organization, from specialist to C-level
Ability to perform under pressure and willingness to take challenges
English is a must
