Description Multi-cultural management challenge seeking international personality with strong people and management skills, as well as high sales dedication for the position of Global Director Surveys.

You will: Drive and own the strategic solution agenda:Consumer-panel-based survey: owner of the Why2buy solutions incl.
improving deliveries and processes, initiating product developments, challenging pricing schemes, matching technological requirements with the client need (e. g.
usage of dialogue options for why2buy), global SPOC for all strategic decisions on why2buy (marketing, processes etc.
). Ad-hoc: owner of the ad-hoc access-panel-based solutions, developing standards and processes across markets to guarantee comparability of the results across all country markets, initiating product development based on market needs, and driving sales initiatives in collaboration with sales teams and marketing. Monitor quality development and control for survey solutions. Organize coaching project manager on methods and processes for ad-hoc content / introducing input for new methods. Be responsible for all sales materials and training, including improvement/updating these. Offer expertise during client meetings, as well as presenting insights and deriving clear recommendations. Collaborate with operations, sales, and delivery teams.
Manage internal stakeholders and third parties. Lead a team of global project managers that drive standardized solution development and run cross country projects. Advise on methodologies and coordination of international (syndicated) projects. Lead project management teams across the countries, organized in Hubs. You have:At least 7 years of relevant work experience in the field. Experience in developing and implementing projects including complex analytics. Knowledge of common and current market research methods in advanced analytics. Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Enjoy working in a diverse and global environment and leading teams across borders. Strong communication skills. Advanced English.
