RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) & Employer Branding Coordinator to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global People Experience Division. Mission Join RINA S. p. A. as the Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) & Employer Branding Coordinator. You will play a vital role in advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives. Collaborate across departments and with Regional HR to implement effective DEIB programs, policies, and practices that align with our core values and promote a culture of belonging and respect. Key Accountabilities Program Development and Implementation: Lead the design and execution of DEIB training programs and workshops for employees at all organizational levels, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity awareness. Establish and manage employee resource groups (ERGs) to provide support and a platform for underrepresented groups within the company. Innovate and propose initiatives to attract, retain, and advance a diverse workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees. Contribute to the creation and curation of engaging content for social media, career pages, and various platforms to position our company as a desirable employer. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Community and Employee Engagement: Drive an inclusive work environment by organizing events, discussions, and forums that promote DEIB awareness and understanding. Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management to address DEIB & EB issues and suggestions effectively. Foster collaborations with external partners and organizations to expand DEIB efforts and community engagement initiatives. Metrics and Reporting: Develop key metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of DEIB & EB initiatives, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance DEIB & EB strategies and programs. Communication and Advocacy: Drive the communication of company values through both internal and external channels, acting as a spokesperson for DEIB initiatives. Stay abreast of industry best practices and upcoming trends in DEIB & EB to guide organizational strategies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive employer branding efforts are aligned with company objectives. Policy and Compliance: Ensure all company policies and practices uphold DEIB principles and comply with legal standards. Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to identify and rectify any potential biases, fostering a fair and equitable work environment. Qualifications Master's Degree/Training courses/certifications focusing on DEIB. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR roles with a strong emphasis on DEIB & EB, demonstrating success in leading impactful initiatives. Thorough understanding of DEIB principles, best practices, and legal requirements. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Passionate about fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture, driving positive change within the organization. Proficiency in MS Office Suite for effective data analysis and reporting. Fluency in both Italian and English to effectively engage with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
