Participate in this project by leveraging the consumer experience on our website.

As a Global E-commerce Intern, you will support the Global E-commerce manager in the day-to-day activation of our websites, ensuring the growth and engagement of our [ comfort zone ] community through CRM activations, as well as to optimize the conversion of qualified traffic by optimizing the user experience of e-commerce sites worldwide.

As part of the global e-commerce team, you will work closely with communication team and local business units in charge of e-commerce turnover.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:   Support development & improvement of website pages: Homepage, product pages, and UX/UI improvement Collaborate closely with Digital & Innovation team in charge of technical development & implementation  Take part on testing & new release with e-store managers across the globe Create and bring insights on competitors & innovation through benchmarking Participate in the acceleration of our CRM strategy to capture & engage our audiences through email & sms  WHO YOU ARE:  Fluent in English and Italian Photoshop skills are well appreciated Strong relationship management skills & Entrepreuneur mindset International experience either living or working abroad will be considered a plus   EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY In Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
