Our client is looking for a Global E-commerce Manager with significant experience in the Retail industry.

This role offers an opportunity to define and implement global e-commerce strategies, oversee operations and services, and lead a dedicated team.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer journey, from advertising and traffic generation to user experience and commercial setting, through to operations, logistics, customer service, and loyalty.

Requirements: Proficiency in English (at least B2) as a MUST HAVE;Location: Veneto;Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task;Proficiency in analysing and synthesising data;Responsibilities: Define the global strategy for e-commerce capabilities, including operations, services, and online merchandising;Oversee P&L respect and perform business analysis to identify opportunities for growth;Create and own the business plan to expand e-commerce footprint in existing and new countries;Lead the e-commerce team and supervise global e-commerce operations and services quality;Define the commercial strategy engaging with all key stakeholders externally and internally;Oversee e-commerce operations and increase the quantity/quality of logistic services;Manage the shooting of e-commerce pictures for European and Global e-commerce sites;Provide business input for performance marketing activities and monitor traffic quality;Analyse main KPIs using GA and BI systems and prepare periodical reports for top management;Identify business opportunities and key innovations for the website.
