Global Esg Strategy, Impact And Reporting Associate
Talent Solutions , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting for a Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Associate The Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Department will contribute to implement the Group Sustainability reporting process (concerning Environmental, Social Responsibility and Governance issues) and support the Group in the delivery of sustainability projects included in the Multi-Year Sustainability Plan across its Business Units, Regions, Functions and Manufacturing plants.
In addition, the Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Associate supports the Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Specialist in the: - execution of the reporting activities to satisfy the CSRD and EU Taxonomy requirements; - support of sustainability planning and stakeholder engagement activities to satisfy stakeholder expectations and law requirements (e. g.
CSRD, CSDDD, Green Claims…).
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the process of data gathering data to draft the Sustainability Report in line with the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy and according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS); Analysing and measuring ESG impacts and performance compared to other market players and preparing benchmark documents; carry out the double materiality analysis; prepare presentations and reporting documents on ESG issues for Top Management; support the development and implementation of activities in order to improve the Company's ESG performance; operationally support corporate functions on ESG issues and manage internal and external stakeholder requests.

Multi-Year Sustainability Plan) and programs in cooperation with other Group departments; JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics, Engineering and/or holding a sustainability-related master's course; 1-3 Years' experience in a similar role in structured international companies and/or consulting firm; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; The candidate should have the ability to manage the complexity in a multinational environment and the capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at the local and Group level.
In addition, a drive-for-achievement and highly goal-oriented mindset is highly recommended; The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic and with a proactive approach; A good knowledge of the most important Microsoft suite tools is needed; Knowledge of ESRS Standard and GRI Standard; Excellent sustainability reporting drafting skills; Excellent quantitative and numerical modelling skills; Expected travel: 30%.
