Global Esg Strategy, Impact And Reporting Specialist
Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Specialist The Global ESG Strategy, Impact and Reporting Department is responsible for implementing the Group's sustainability and regulatory compliance processes and profile.
The department supports the Group in integrating sustainability across the value chain, ensuring alignment with regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, Green Claims) and executing projects included in the Multi-Year Sustainability Plan.
The role involves close collaboration with the Group's Business Units, Regions, Functions, and production sites, with a particular focus on ESG governance and compliance reporting.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support in managing the development and implementation of the Multi-Year Sustainability Plan in collaboration with main Group departments (HSE, HR, Procurement, etc. )
ensuring alignment with global and regional targets, Support in ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) by developing and monitoring due diligence processes for the supply chain.
Manage ESG data collection process to address ESG questionnaire and sustainability ratings, ensuring accurate data.
Monitor and report ESG KPIs and targets of the Multi-Year Sustainability Plan, Enhance understanding and awareness of ESG topics and practices, to align corporate strategies with sustainability goals.
Analyze and measure ESG impacts and performance compared to market peers and prepare benchmarking documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability projects and programs in collaboration with other Group departments.
Support in promoting the Group sustainability values to drive cultural change, Prepare presentations and reports on ESG topics for Top Management.
Participate and collaborate in ESG external associations meetings and working groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a sustainability-related field, holding a sustainability-related master's course, 3/4 years of experience in a similar role within structured international companies or consulting firms.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Comprehensive understanding of ESG principles, trends, and tools (e. g.
environmental, social and governance standards, ISO certifications, GHG, SBTi, etc.
), Strong understanding of the Green Deal directives, specifically the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Experience in definition near and long-term sustainability targets Ability to navigate complexity in a multinational environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration across diverse functions.
Strong expertise in using Project Management models and tools, Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Familiarity with ESRS and GRI standards, along with robust sustainability reporting drafting skills.
Strong analytical and numerical modeling abilities Excellent communication skills and always ready to present in public, Expected travel: 30%.
