About the job
In this exciting role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Head of Global Communication.
Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing high-profile events that elevate brand perception, drive customer engagement, and reinforce the company's brand heritage.
This role ensures seamless event execution, aligning with the brand's aesthetic, values, and business objectives in key markets worldwide.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the development of International Events projects on a global level such as MBM Master of Lights and Paris Fashion WeekLeading small & medium scale event projects independently in alignment with line managerCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, Sales, and Retail teams, to integrate events into broader brand initiativesDeveloping global event guidelines and working closely with Communication Managers in key markets for their implementationPlanning and implementing and tracking budget for respective projectsManaging and negotiating contracts with event agencies in an international environment supported by the Swarovski Legal & Procurement TeamAnalyzing results and creating comprehensive reviews, evaluations, and post-event reportsTracking competitor and industry trends to stay ahead of event innovation and experiential marketing practicesConceptualizing and realizing multi-level Event concepts, working closely with internal departments as well as with external agenciesEnsuring all event touchpoints reflect the brand's identity, values, and aesthetic sensibilities and promoting brand awarenessAbout you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of professional experience in event planning within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industryProven track record of executing high-profile events, including VIP, media, and brand heritage experiencesProject management and budget management skillsContract negotiation and data analysis skillsExperience working in a global setting, managing diverse teams and vendor networksExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer You can expect a range of benefits, including:
