Under the Global Communication function headed by **Salvatore Ricco** (Global Chief Communication Officer) and reporting directly to **Dania Copertino** (Global External Communication Manager), the Global External Communication Specialist will be in charge of the following:

- Support the implementation of the Communication Strategic Plan, which is fully compliant with global business objectives and in line with the mission and corporate culture of the company

- Assist the External Communication Manager in creating and carrying out speaking engagements, maintaining media relations, and composing news releases and other paperwork.

- Help the other team members realize and verify documents, memos, and other communication materials, including videos.

- Support the coordination with the other members of the Global Communication team in the countries

**Key skills

- MSc degree in political sciences, public affairs, communications or journalism or related fields

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, both English and Italian. Native level of English would be considered a strong plus

- Minimum 2 years of experience in PR agencies or within the communication field in structured and international organizations

- Energetic, always positive, creative, able to work independently, and a great team player

- Excellent speechwriting and copywriting skills - proficiency in video production and knowledge of multimedia platforms would be a valuable plus
