For our Global Headquarters in Milan , Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Planning & Control team in the Finance department.

You will be in charge of:

Supporting monthly Forecasting & Budgeting processes on a global level Assisting functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets Partnering with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing financial guidance on new business models and decisions in evaluating returns on investments Supporting in the Digitalization of KPIs Being a point of reference for Business Partners in both countries and corporate.

You are the right person if you: Are a graduate student in Finance, Economics, or similar Speak English fluently Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Possess exceptional attention to detail Are able to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization Are results-oriented with good communication skills What else?
