**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and launch schedules for mobile product lines.

- Manage the full GTM lifecycle, from market analysis and strategic planning to product rollout and post-launch performance review.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver effective GTM campaigns.

- Monitor GTM performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing GTM team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Significant experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with mobile or smart electronic consumer products.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing GTM strategies for major telecom brands.

- Proven track record in driving successful product launches and crafting innovative GTM approaches.

- Strong ability to collaborate across functions, with experience working on regional and global teams.

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (or another relevant language) for seamless communication.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
