Global Growth Product Management Director:
Position Responsibilities**:
- Owns the global growth strategy to expand our products in the market and drives adoption activities across our Connected Health product portfolio
- Partners with commercial teams to collect Voice of the Customer, enable our customers success, and drive product commercialization activities to include leading customer onboarding activities
- Collects market intelligence to accurately map out the market landscape to include monitoring census, tracking competitive risk, and identifying market opportunities
- Tracks and measures our products performance in the market through product analytics, direct customer and end-user interaction, as well as targeted survey campaigns such as as NPS and CSAT, and CES
**Your assignments**:
- Establish industry leadership in innovation, time to market, quality and cost performance
- Leverage VOC and customer insight gleaned from close collaboration with new customers starts in order to refine our service delivery offering for connected health, advocating for enhancements to our services to support nurses and patient retention, and delivering a service offering superior to competitors'
- Lead EHR integration and other add on service offerings
- Work with commercial teams on contracting efforts including RFIs, RFPs and contract language optimization as it refers to our connected health products.
- Interface directly with business, clinical and operational customers to analyze barriers to connected health adoption and identify solutions
- Proactively communicate competitive analysis and user data with rest of Product Management team to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization decisions
- Proactively communicate with downstream marketing to inform communications campaigns and best-practice sharing to drive connected health adoption
- Engage leadership from our internal technical support organizations to ensure tech support teams understanding of critical connected health product data to facilitate customer success
**Your profile**:
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical skills
- 7+ years experience in Med Tech in product management, product strategy or Product/Customer Success
- Business acumen and analytical skills required to make sound holistic decisions.
Comfortable with financial concepts, such as NPV, payback, P&L statements, and balance sheets
- Proven track record as a business leader in growth, turn-around and cost cutting business environments
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
- Proactivty
- Data driven and results oriented
