Job Summary: We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead strategic B2B marketing and sales enablement efforts that empower the sales team, enhance B2B client engagement, and drive business growth across all markets where Cosmic operates (currently Italy, Spain, France).
This role will oversee the development of high-impact marketing and sales collateral, including whitepapers , campaigns, and case studies , with a strong focus on content that supports both sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Growth Marketing Strategy Leadership: Lead the development of marketing strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring that all initiatives support sales and business growth.
Oversee the creation of strategic content and initiatives, including events, whitepapers , case studies , pitch decks , and other client-facing materials, ensuring high-quality standards.
Drive marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and customer engagement, focusing on delivering results-driven content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals and client needs.
Sales Enablement & Strategic Content: Lead the creation of sales enablement materials , ensuring that content is tailored to specific client needs and designed to support in client interactions.
Translate data insights and market research into compelling, actionable content that drives client engagement and sales effectiveness.
Work closely with sales leadership to understand client pain points and create materials that address high-priority accounts and business opportunities.
Junior Growth Marketing Oversight & Execution: Guide and mentor a junior growth marketing professional , ensuring that they are aligned with the overarching marketing and sales enablement strategy.
Define objectives, timelines, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet business goals.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, reviewing the junior resource's work to ensure that it aligns with the company's vision and standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to the leadership team on areas for improvement in marketing strategies, content effectiveness, and overall business growth.
Sales Strategy Support: Contribute to the optimization of sales strategies by developing data-driven materials and resources that empower the sales team to be more effective.
Monitor the performance of sales enablement initiatives, adjusting strategies and content based on results and feedback from sales teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
7/8+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy in the digital industry, sales enablement, or related fields, with a proven ability to lead content development and drive sales effectiveness.
Strong expertise in creating sales collateral (e. g. , pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers) B2B events and marketing campaigns.
Appreciated strong PR network among the most relevant digital industry magazines across Europe Experience leading or mentoring junior staff, providing guidance on marketing and sales initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
Familiarity with the adtech or tech industry is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to craft actionable content and optimize marketing strategies.
Full proficiency: English & Italian.
Spanish and French would represent a huge plus.
