The RoleThe Global Head of Market Intelligence is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing the company's strategic initiatives in market and competitive intelligence.

This role involves leading two critical units: Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relationships.

The primary objective is to deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy, competitive positioning, and market differentiation. What You'll DoLeadership StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive market intelligence strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Lead and mentor the Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relationships teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Competitive IntelligenceOversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis to support decision-making across business units. Analyst RelationshipsManage relationships with industry analysts and ensure the company is effectively represented in key market reports and evaluations. Coordinate and align communications and interactions with analysts to enhance the company's market presence and reputation. Insight GenerationSynthesize market and competitive data into actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and corporate planning. Ensure the timely delivery of market intelligence reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaboration CommunicationsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align market intelligence initiatives with business objectives. Communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively to various internal and external stakeholders. Market MonitoringContinuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to keep the company informed of significant changes and developments. Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and relevance of market intelligence. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategic planning, preferably in a global or multinational context. Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior business leaders, on a webinar, or on-stage at one of our events. Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and other key external stakeholders. Ability to achieve results across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines. Working knowledge of analytics, process mining, or enterprise process management is preferred.
