We are looking for an experienced Global Head of Marketing Cutting Tool Solutions  (m/f/d) for our division Cutting Tool Solutions to take responsibility for the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.

The focus will be on both product-oriented and target group-oriented communication within our Cutting Tool Solutions Division.

In this key position, you will report directly to the Director Marketing & Communication and play a key role in the global positioning of our company, as well as our products and solutions.

Your tasks: Develop marketing strategy and product communication by creating a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the Cutting Tool Solution Division, and further develop product communication towards a target group-oriented customer argumentation Plan global marketing activities and execute global marketing and communication activities for products, solutions, and services.

Implement a cross-media communication plan and implement an effective communication mix (online and offline) along the entire customer journey Support sales in generating leads and work closely with the sales team to support sales activities Lead a global team of approximately 20 employees, strategically develop the department, and take responsibility for the central marketing communication budget as well as planning and controlling the departmental budget Your profile: Degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Business Administration or comparable professional long term experience in international Industrial Marketing (cutting tools if possible), Strategic Marketing and Global Marketing Superior written and verbal communication skills both in English and German are essential Strong expertise in Branding, Marketing & Communication, graphic aesthetics and storytelling High level of responsibility, with strong persuasive and implementation skills Well-developed leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of internal and external members Ability to foster a supportive team environment and drive a change process Strong benefits: Directly influence the success of the CERATIZIT Group by driving impactful marketing strategies Opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, where you can lead and develop a team Access to continuous learning and development opportunities within a leading global company Engage with various stakeholders worldwide, which can enhance your professional network and skill set We are also open to discussing an alternative place of employment as indicated.
