**Mission
Vibram SpA is looking for a brilliant Global Head of Product and Merchandising, who defines the product direction, in line with the overall brand's strategy at global level.
Leading a team of Product Managers, she/he defines the structure of the offer and the key product stories by identifying consumer needs, market trends and business opportunities.
We would like to get in touch with a curious, passionate, authentic and "influencer" person, who has the acumen to boost the story of the product and to deeply understand the consumers' needs.
The position reports hierarchically to Vibram FiveFingers BU GM.
Place of work: Milan (Italy).
**Jobs
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with the BU GM to steer the VFF product strategic objectives and financial targets while ensuring global alignment throughout the process
- Build short and long term Product and Merchandising business plans, to achieve the financial targets in terms of revenues, margin and inventory management.
- Manage, in alignment with the brand overall strategic direction, complexity and efficiency KPI to drive long term profitable growth
- Lead the GTM calendar and meetings, to drive cross functional team alignment along the process from briefing to market delivery
- Guide the team to create structured and meaningful briefs, based on consumer insights, to address the Designers and the Product Developers on the seasonal needs
- Identify, in accordance with the Head of Global Marketing, the key focus stories that will determine the success of the brand
- Present seasonal product initiatives to the Sales Teams to engage and provide powerful tools to be used during the sell in seasons
- Manage a team of Product/Merchandising Managers, guiding them along the process, providing coaching and support to develop their skills
- Regularly synthetize data and provide clear structured reporting on the progress of the business to the BU GM to support senior management decision making
- Establish close working relationships with his/her peers to ensure a smooth progress towards the goals

- More than 8 years of international experience within structured realities
- Long term experience in Product/Merch Senior Management roles with proven track record of building products and assortments that enhance the brand and drive growth
- Conumer-centric strategic thinker
- Strong business acumen and fast decision maker
- Lead the product/merch team in an organized way along the process, while fostering disruptive thinking and brake through ideas that bring the brand to the next level
- Excellent presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the footwear, accessories market and consumer moments
- Aware of the market evolution and new generations needs
- Interpersonal skills, good at building cross functional alignment
- Team player
- Passionate, influencer, able to collaborate to find solutions and drive actions to get to the results
- Proficient in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
**Offer
Direct hiring in the company with a permanent contract is expected.
