**Responsibilities**ManagementSuccessfully managing the delivery of **Oracle Cloud Applications** projects (HCM and its ecosystem):
- Working with the management team to confirm scope and goals, objectives, project KPIs, and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects
Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed KPIS i. e. constraints of time, cost and quality:
- Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed and impacted against timeline;
- Monitoring tasks and progress of client specific activities based on defined KPIs
- Deal with IT and HR teams within the 26 countries in which Amplifon operates
Initiating corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track and grant to rollout Amplifon global programs within HRIS:
- Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans;
- Lead and manage the internal team and consultants (up to 15 amid analysts and developers) by providing support, direction and guidance to ensure the function is adequately skilled, motivated, developed and correctly resourced to meet project KPIs
Communication & change managementPlaying a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders;Leading on-going communication with key stakeholders to update them on key aspects of the projects (KPIs, risks, mitigations) to ensure user adoption and smooth transition;Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated;Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of the external consultants based on agreed KPIs; Contribute to deliver with high quality exploiting on solutions knowledge to drive process and system choice;Ensuring perfect collaboration and project alignment with key stakeholders which include IT expert, finance and senior management:
- Securing the required time commitment from stakeholders/business users to assist in the development of solutions e. g. involvement in workshops, design sign off
- Create a collaborative culture; support a culture of collaboration across the global IT function but also with the business/operation/finance/senior management
**What you'll need
- Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Cloud/eBS HCM projects end to end
- Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy / systems integrator
- Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methods
- Knowledge of PMP or other formal delivery methodologies and experience of Project Management best practice
- Knowledge of business analysis methodology and proven practice of process mapping
- Eager to discover what features and functionalities Oracle is releasing quarterly and present them to the business ad continuous improvement
Must Have
- 5+ Years of experience working as Oracle Cloud Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience with implementing Oracle HCM coreHR and related modules (Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding as the major used)
- Hands on designing business workshop and Change management
- Track record of successful project management and delivery of international initiatives
- Strong Communication, collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with very good organizational skills
- Ability to prepare and present documents to non IT people
