**Who we are looking for
**The **Global IT HR Applications Intern **will join our new **Global IT organization **at Amplifon HQ.
Our team of IT professionals provides scalable, reliable IT support to help drive the business even further.

**The internship scope is primarily focused on the **management of HR Corporate tools **and more specifically the **Oracle HCM suite **, technology currently supporting the **digital transformation **of Global HR processes.
**You will work in a mixed team (both from a cultural and background perspective) with professionals from IT and processes experts from HR department, giving you the opportunity to consolidate both **technical and functional competencies **and best practices related to **Human Capital Management **.
- **Demand management **(collection and analysis of business requirements) to support the digital transformation in the Human Resource area**:
- **Project management for the **implementation of new HR Tools/Modules **(Oracle Suite) or enhancements of existing ones**:
- **Management of specific **configuration requests **to address HR team requirements**:
**What you'll need
**You're the right person if**:
- **You're curious, always willing to learn new things**:
- **You have a degree in Business, Human Resources or Technology (IT)**:
- **You speak English fluently and you love to work with multicultural teams.
