For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Total Reward Global Mobility team providing expert advice and support on total rewards and executive compensation to the organization worldwide. You'll be in charge of:The purpose of this role is to provide support to the areas below, in accordance with Group Total Reward Global Mobility Manager:Total RewardSupport the development and administration of compensation programsSupport in the job evaluations process and the job banding definitionProvide active support in managing short-term incentives and stock grant programs, giving support to participants' queriesProvide active support to all HR departments worldwide across the Group for all Reward aspectsProvide data analytical support on reward and performance programs/projectsSupport in the analysis and evaluation of both internal and external market trendsGlobal MobilitySupport the Global Mobility Team working closely with HR business partners around the world when planning cross-border travel to ensure that immigration, tax, and social security requirements are met in alignment with the Global Mobility group policySupport in the application and upload of Global Mobility group policyYou are the right person if you:Have a Master's Degree in HR, Economics, or related fieldsHave an advanced level of proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishPossess strong numerical and analytical abilitiesAre proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAre capable of handling confidential information with discretionShow adaptability and a problem-solving mindsetWhat else?
