**Who we are looking for
Amplifon is seeking an intern interested in making the difference in our HR team based in Amplifon Global Headquarter.
Are you interested in developing your **project management and HR organization** skills?
This is the right opportunity for you!
You will work side by side with Amplifon Global Chief HR Officer and will have the chance to take part to an innovative project stream dedicated to our Field workforce management on a global scale.
Besides the opportunity of learning and experience how a highly digitalized, fast-paced, and Top Employer company works, you will have a high impact on an organizational key project: strategy definition, analysis, design, and implementation will give you the opportunity to leave your mark, from start to end, on an entire project.

This is an opportunity to challenge yourself using your creative and analytic skills:
- Understand business and project objectives;
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities in Amplifon field workforce management;
- Map key stakeholders and possible partners for our Employer Branding strategy for the Audiologists Network;
- Review platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targets;
- Work with colleagues in different company departments to roll out global initiatives to meet country-specific needs;
- Support Business Leaders and Business HR to design and implement the most effective and high-performing Organization across multiple markets, identifying gaps, and defining route maps to align to the "To Be".
**Who you are
- A recent graduate or in pursuit of a Master's degree.
- Comfortable in an international environment where English is required on a daily basis!
- You see yourself as a "digital native" comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel; but also interested in networking platforms or new digital tools.
- You are open to learning and take real decisions based on data and analysis.
- You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
- Being part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is attractive to you.
Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer a 6 months internship, a monthly reimbursement, and access to our company restaurant.
