**Milan**, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our

**Global Talent Center of Expertise**, supporting the team in the strategic global projects of Talent Development.

**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. This is an opportunity to challenge yourself using your creativity and analytical skills:The creative part:

- Support the Global Talent team by creating innovative digital contents for learning initiatives and updating internal platforms;

- Create brief online modules that can be later used OnDemand to train our Amplifon people, in an engaging and experiential way;

- Support global initiatives like the Amplifon Global Onboarding creating contents and engaging the participants throughout the program.

The analytic part:

- Run reports and develop dashboards to support decision making process and to identify hidden opportunities;

- Understand and actively study external best practices to benchmark and improve effectiveness of our key initiatives in Talent Development.

- In all the projects you'll be involved in, you will have full visibility and guidance to understand how things work from start to end, and you'll be able to contribute to the different phases of the initiatives.

**You are the right person if you**:

- You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a **Master's degree**.

- You are comfortable in an** international environment **where English is required on a daily basis.

- You like to **work with people**, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.

- You see yourself as a "**digital native**" comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel;

- You are **open to learning** and take **real decisions** based on data and analysis.
