We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our Milan Headquarter, one of the most attractive fashion capitals in the world.

You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing EssilorLuxottica's presence in the world.

Here some of the responsibilities you will have:

- Support the consolidation of a shared cultural identity at EssilorLuxottica in the context of post-merge integration

- Contribute to the values, leadership model and employer value proposition definition

- Define the impact measurement criteria of the co-creation initiatives being put in place

- Be part of a Global Talent taskforce with a team of over 20 professionals from all over the world

- Assist in project management activities

This position will be located at our Headquarter in Milan.

This is a 6 months paid internship that will start in few weeks, and which will require full-time commitment.
