As a member of the Global HR team, you will report into the Global CoE Total Reward & Global Mobility Associate Director, Francesca Montanaro, and will provide advice and support on total reward practices and policies to the whole organization worldwide. Key responsibilities:Total Reward
- Support the design, development and administration of compensation programs
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are consistent with compensation trends and Group objectives
- Assist the Job evaluation process and the internal banding system
- Contribute to the design of creative and innovative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans
- Support STI plans from the budgeting to the system operations
- Active support on all compensation processes (global salary review, MBO assignment and payout, Stock grant plan assignment. . )
- Contribute to the design and management of benefits plan across the Group
- Ensure that the compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations
- Provide active support to all HR departments worldwide across the Group for all Reward aspects
- Provide data analytical support on reward and performance programs/projects
- Analyze and evaluate internal and external market trends (benchmarking analysis and internal equity assessment)
Executive Compensation & Mobility
- Work closely with the Global HR Total Reward Manager to provide active support to the Remuneration Committee
- Contribute in the definition of the Annual Remuneration Report
- Support the Global Mobility Team Working closely with HR business partners around the world when planning cross-border travel to ensure that immigration, tax and social security requirements are met in alignment with the Global Mobility group policy
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- 3-5 years of experience in Total Reward/Compensation & Benefits within HR departments of multinational companies or consulting firms
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
