The Global Initiatives Specialist takes responsibility for a given portfolio of New Product Development (NPD) projects by coordinating the activities of the multi-functional team (Global Marketing; Sourcing; Development; Planning; Go to Market; Finance; External Business Partners), starting from the marketing concept definition up to the stock availability in the 1st row DC.

The Global Initiatives Specialist: operates through influence to guide and coach the different functions along the Stage-Gate process following all the steps of the standard Operating Model is responsible of NPD projects at 360°: supervising not only of the technical aspects but also of the financial and commercial readiness leads the team to work collaboratively and proactively through the several stages of the project CPS (Critical Path Schedule) conducts reviews to ensure the proper flow of actions; ensures that risks and issues are pro-actively identified and intervenes to change priorities and to put in place contingency plans to recover from problems Timely escalates project issues to management for visibility and support in their resolution as needed Main objectives: DELIVER ON TIME AL L THE INITIATIVES UNDER OWN SCOPE DELIVER ALL THE INITIATIVES UNDER OWN SCOPE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE BRIEF AND AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY DELIVER ALL THE INITIATIVES UNDER OWN SCOPE AT TARGET MARGINALITY REFRAME INITIATIVE INTO THE CORRECT PATH FOLLOWING A CHANGE OF SCOPE DELIVER ALL THE INITIATIVES UNDER OWN SCOPE WITHIN APPROVED CAPEX BUDGET Essential: Proven track record on managing projects and delivering on time, on cost and on quality Proven experience in delivering projects as leader and member of a multi-functional team Fluency in English (spoken and written) Project management experience Understanding of new product development processes Preferably to have experience in the Beauty industry or pharmaceutical, food, FMCG Additional Characteristics: Positive and optimistic attitude International background (experience abroad is a plus) Excellent ability to work in a team and to get along with others Strong sense of individual accountability, commitment to deliver results Autonomy, action-orientated and pragmatic approach Solution oriented approach Ability to learn from both successes and failures Resiliency and flexibility to adapt to new challenges Capability to keep a healthy attitude under pressure Able to communicate effectively, going straight to the point Capability to guide others through change by example #J-18808-Ljbffr
