Global Insurance & Claims Support Role Overview:Savino Del Bene seeks a dynamic and detail-orientedGlobal Insurance & Claims Supportto join itsGlobal Headquarters in Florence, Italy.

This role is critical in managinginsurance claims and complaints, working closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient claims processing and risk mitigation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role inglobal insurance operations, ensuring the company's risk management strategies align with business objectives.

The support will analyze and resolve insurance claims, maintain accurate claims records, and oversee reporting and statistics to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Claims Management:Handle a portfolio of complex, high-exposure claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Claims Investigation & Resolution:Assess and resolvecargo legal liability claimsand other types of claims by reviewing coverage, liability, and key documents (contracts, policies, appraisals, releases, statements, reports, etc. ).

Cross-functional collaboration:Work closely withinternal teams, brokers, legal advisors, and insurance carriersto negotiate claims and ensure optimal outcomes.

Data & System Management:Maintain an accurate and structuredclaims database, ensuring proper documentation, deadline tracking, and monitoring of open cases.

Advisory & Support:Assist business partners and operational teams inclaims management, supporting customers throughout the claims process and addressing any related complaints.

Reporting & Risk Analysis:Provide regular reports onhigh-risk, large-value claimsto leadership and key stakeholders, offering insights for risk management and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor's or master's degree inLaw, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.

Languages:Fluency inItalian and English. French would be a strong plus.

Experience:Minimum3+ yearsincorporate insurance, legal, risk management, or loss preventionroles.

Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding ofFreight Incoterms, insurance policies, claims handling, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience withinsurance management systemsis a plus.

Interpersonal & Analytical Skills:Proven ability tomanage broker relationshipsand collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with expertise inrisk assessment, data analysis, and reporting.

Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.
